1:Glossary
Before introducing multi-store management and application, we need to understand a few terms first, which are crucial for the following explanation! Only by understanding these terms can you better understand the content of the following article.
1.1. Warehouse archives
As the name implies, it is the warehouse name, warehouse address and other information. You can create multiple warehouse files, such as the main warehouse, Guangzhou warehouse, Shenzhen warehouse, etc.
You can create and modify warehouse files through the navigation menu [Warehousing] [Warehouse] on the software backend management end.
1.2 Terminal number
For the convenience of management, each cash register, PDA, price checker, self-service machine and other equipment must have a terminal number (also called machine number) after being connected to the cash register system.
The terminal number can be viewed through the status bar at the bottom of the cash register software backend management terminal, such as:
Or check it through the front desk cashier interface, such as:
1.3 Terminal Grouping
For the convenience of management, we need to group the terminal numbers. Usually we are used to grouping by store.
Terminal groups can be created and modified through the backend menu [System] [Terminal settings], click the [Group] drop-down box on the toolbar:

2. Application
2.1、Terminal number binding and modification
After installing the multilingual cash register software, when you run the software for the first time, the wizard will guide you to set the terminal number binding. You only need to specify a number that has not been bound. If you need to modify the binding, click the background management menu [System] [Terminal Settings], select the terminal number to be deleted, and then click [Delete] on the toolbar:
After deletion, re-run the multilingual management system on the cash register, and a window will pop up to prompt you to rebind a new machine number. At this time, you can choose which terminal group to bind to, and then select a number that has not been bound.
2.2. Different stores use different warehouses
Usually, in multi-store management, each store needs to manage its own inventory independently, that is, the goods sold in store A should reduce the inventory of store A accordingly, so warehouse binding is required.
In [Terminal Settings], select the terminal group to be modified, then click the [Group] drop-down box on the toolbar, click [Modify], and select the corresponding warehouse in [Default Warehouse].
2.3. Different stores use different retail prices
Due to marketing strategies or geographical reasons, different stores need to use different retail prices. In this case, you need to apply a price system. Similarly, you only need to bind different price systems to different groups in [Terminal Settings]:
4.4. Different stores use different receipt headers and contact information
The store name and contact information on the retail receipt are printed by default according to the settings in the system parameter settings, such as:
